Then Pompey’s pillar dating back, most probably, to the end of 3rd century and the remains of the Serapeum, the ancient temple of god Serapis, in the neighborhood. In the same area scattered monuments dating back to different periods.In ancient times and since its foundation the Library of Alexandria was not only the biggest library but also the most important university. In our times the gigantic new Library was inaugurated in 2002 and it is a must see in Alexandria that you will visit and a have a guided tour inside it.

Alexandria was amazing and the weather was beautiful. ☀️ Our tour guide, Salah did a fantastic job in making sure my mom and I were comfortable throughout the entire experience. He told us about the history of the place, made sure we could ask him questions on the catacombs, Citadel of Qaitbay, and the library - he really provided an atmosphere of engagement. We felt very comfortable and safe with him - we would recommend him as a tour guide.

Ontem, dia 14/02/23, fiquei esperando no saguão do hotel alguém responsável pela empresa Vistors Egypt Tours. Ninguém apareceu, respondeu minhas mensagens ou atendeu ao telefone. Não realizei o passeio, foi uma experiência horrível, me sentido lesionado e entrarei com um processo contra a Viator para ser ressarcido!

I have just returned from a full day tour of Alexandria from Cairo. It was just a really nice, perfect day with an amazing guide (Ahmed) and driver. The tour covered everything and I was given all the help, information and history you could need along the way. From pick up to drop off I felt welcomed and relaxed and just had a great day. I couldn't have asked for more and if I could give more than 5 stars rating I would. 100% recommended if looking for a tour, guide and driver while in Cairo. Book with them now I promise you won't regret it. Thankyou to you both
