    After pick-up from your hotel,in a private, modern a/c van (WiFi on board) your private guide will take you to Old Cairo to see the wonderful Hanging Church,so called because it was built on the Roman Tower of the fortress of Babylon. Then you will see the famous crypt in which the Holy Family stayed beneath the church of Abu Serga.. Next, explore the Ben Ezra synagogue of the Jewish community. Your guide will make sure you learn a lot about the unique type of Christianity in Egypt. Your guide will take you to a local restaurant for a typical Egyptian lunch before driving you back to your hotel.

The agency and the guide were mediocre. Emails to the agency were not responded to. Guide did not appear on time. Concierge in hotel had to track guide down. Guide arrived one hour late. She said she had tried to contact me. I found no evidence of this. Tour guide was factual but very basic. I would not recommend this tour or this agency.

We were very disappointed in this tour, especially compared to many of the excellent guided tours we experienced elsewhere on this trip. Instead of a half-day, the tour was completed in 90 minutes, long before lunchtime. Our guide was pleasant good natured but provided very few insights beyond the bare basics. I would not recommend this company based on our experience.

Great tour. pickup in good vehicle on time with knowledgable guide and driver. He was happy togo back to a church whch hada servicein progress when we arrived.
