Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Travel from your Luxor hotel or cruise to Luxor Airport. The Transfer service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When making a booking, you will need to advise your departure details and your Luxor Hotel name or cruise details. Your transfer will be confirmed in and you will be provided with a travel voucher 24 Hours prior to your transfer. Your driver will pick you up from the lobby with 180 minutes before your flight departure holding a sign with your name. Your driver will assist you with luggage pick up.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Car was 25 minutes late. No explanation, no apologies. Nearly missed our flight home. Without question the worst experience of our trip. I would NEVER use this company again!

On time, clean car, polite driver, hassle free. As good as the previously used hotel vehicle at about half the price.

They were waiting when I arrived, the car is new and people very nice. Gave fresh water to me. I recommend.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
