The driver was on time while we werent Air France managed to lose our luggage and left us with nothing for days. But our tour guide or wonderman, waited for us, communicated well with us and took us to a large mall at city stars where we could buy essential items. And delivered us safely to our hotel. He spoke great English was polite and generous in his assistance. Will happily use again. Thank you.

This is well worth the money. A representative was waiting for us with a sign and as we met him, he lead us to get our visas, then to the front of the line for our passport stamps. Great!
