  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Driver picked us up at scheduled time and took us to the train station. Assisted us with getting to the right platform for departure.

The train departure was just before midnight so the services of the driver and guide were of paramount importance. They cut through the crowd and the red tape. We were escorted with our baggage to the platform exactly where our assigned train car stopped. Appreciated the guidance and assistance.
