Luxury 5 Days Nile River Cruise from Luxor to Aswan with Private Tour Guide

I want to share this review to tell others just how exceptional Luxor and Aswan Travel truly is. First they are experts in logistics. at no point in our 21 day adventure did we wait or want for anything. We used them on 2 different adventures. First the tour of the Giza Plateau with a Saggara add-on, and a 5 day 4 night cruise down the Nile. The first adventure Mohammed picked us up at our hotel in a limo van. We spent the day together. He was exceptional knowledgable as well as kind and accommodating to our schedule. We had a big day culminating in a delicious dinner and show. We were pleased with the level of service and the professionalism of our guide. The next adventure was even more exceptional. We were generously upgraded to the Steigenberger Minerva by the company owner (Hany) This next level of service came with a dedicated Egyptologist named Hassan who was assigned to us for the 5 days. I can't say enough about how exceptional Hassan was. He made every moment special. His knowledge was unmatched. The was never a moment that we waited for transportation.We even booked a trip to the garden island in Aswan. No sooner did we exit the ship was a boat waiting for us to take us to the Island. We felt that we made a lifetime friend. The company are EXPERTS in logistics and customer service. There is so much positive to say about their process, their employees, and their communication, but I'd be rambling at this point. The final thought I want to leave readers is that this is the most professional tour company in Egypt. We felt safe and a lot of love from the Egyptian people. Now is the time to travel to Egypt. This agency is simply the best! We traveled to Egypt for 3 weeks to fulfill a life-long dream, and booked a 5 night cruise from Luxor to Aswan through Luxor and Aswan Travel. Hany was very responsive and professional throughout the experience. The boat, Steigenburger Minerva, was definitely a 5 star luxury cruise. The crew was amazing and attentive, and the boat was immaculate. The food was amazing, fresh, and delicious, with a wide variety to choose from daily. The highlight of our experience was our private Egyptologist, Hassan! He was extremely knowledgable, friendly, warm, and attentive. We learned more from him in our first 15 minutes than we had spending the past 9 months studying and reading to prepare for this trip! We cannot say enough good things about Hassan, Hany, or this agency, and will definitely book with them when we return in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone planning for travel to Egypt!

We used Luxor and Aswan travel for our family break to Egypt in April 2023. Haney helped organize a very tailored tour for what we wanted to see and some recommendations along the way. We had private transfers from landing in Egypt through our stay including at the Pyramids (Giza, Sakkara etc) and in Luxor-Aswan. As part of our trip we did a five day Nile cruise from Luxor to Aswan on the Mayfair (see separate review) and the firm organised everything including transfers. Our tour guide Ahmed sliem for the cruise was amazing. Knowledgeable; knew when to lean in and out and also incredibly gracious (bought kiddos ice cream, water and snacks). He was not pushy and very protective over the group. 5stars!
