Puntualidad al momento de la recogida en el hotel. Ayuda del personal, para entregar información y puntualizar el sistema de seguridad durante el viaje. Entrega oportuna de documentos, tales como el certificado y el enlace electrónico, para poder descargar videos y fotos sacadas durante el vuelo. Me gustaría haber recibido mayores detalles sobre los lugares que sobrevolamos, pero en general, fue una buenísima experiencia. Recomendadísima.
