DELUXE Nile cruise from Luxor to Aswan and Abusimbel Tour

Booked Luxor to Aswan cruise with private tour with them. I had private guide Gamal and private vehicle to the entire trip. This is beyond my expectations! Gamal is great guide, knowledgeable and professional. The ancient history came to life with his guidance. I highly recommend Gamal.

My husband and i together with 2 of our friends from Manila, Philippines have started our Egypt tour in Cairo. Then, we flew to Luxor where we started our luxurious Nile Cruise. From there, we went to Aswan and finally to Abu Simbel. This tour, i would say was so memorable and very relaxing. With a grateful heart, we would like to thank our tour guides Mahmoud and Youssef for everything. They both are very knowledgeable, kind, patient, truthful, and caring. They all provided what we need in advance. Truly, we will savour the beautiful people behind the success of our tour. Kudos to all of you! We not forget you❤️

I must start by saying, never have I been more passionate to leave a review, because the service we received by Egypt Knight Tours was like nothing we have ever known. We have been very lucky to travel a great deal, and book with multiple tour operators and travel agents. We have never received the kind of attention to detail, care, and service that we did from Egypt Knight Tours. Before booking, I was exceptionally over-detailed and spent a month trying to pick the boat we wanted. Mahmoud was beyond patient, often spending hours over many days talking to me, giving me information, going above and beyond. On the tour itself, we were made to feel like VIP / A-Listers with the treatment we received. We had a guide to ourself for the whole duration, which given the price we paid was outstanding, but it was the small details that made it special. Each time we exited a monument or location with the guide, he had discreetly messaged the driver who would be there waiting exactly as you left holding the door open for you. Mahmoud who runs the agency has passion for ensuring you are happy. I am sorry to say that whilst in Egypt there are many lovely kind people, there are also quite a few people who make you feel like they are simply out to maximise income from you. Mahmoud was the opposite. He had a genuine care, checked in each day to make sure we were happy, etc. We had a couple of issues with the boat, none of which were anything to do with Egypt Knight, but when Mahmoud heard he showed great concern and I believe he spoke to the boat who then had the manager speak to us to ensure we were happy and all was resolved. He personally met us on one of the days to take us for a lunch, which was not part of our package, and a sunset Felucca ride. I spent days and weeks of research to choose Egypt Knight due to their incredibly competitive pricing, but I can safely say there could not have been a better option. In all honesty from all we experienced I don't even know how they made any profit. The way we were treated made me think surely they can't treat everyone this way - but I actually thing they do, looking at the other reviews. Please do not hesitate - book with Egypt Knight Tours because you will be in safe, professional and warm hands to arrange everything you could want.
