Karam accompanied us on our tour – a Nile cruise from Luxor to Abu Simbel and back – and made it an experience that I and my family will never forget. Unbelievable what Karam has achieved: a perfect symbiosis between adventure and history, excursion and relaxation. Every moment was filled with so much passion and knowledge that we still feed on it today. We have never met a tour guide who, with so much dedication and enthusiasm, makes everything possible for his group to convey the beauty, culture and history of Egypt so vividly. Settimana da giovedì 10 con rientro 17 aprile sulla motonave Jaz Crown Jubilee. Come guida parlante italiano avevamo il signor Monti che è stato all’altezza delle aspettative x competenza e disponibilità verso tutti gli ospiti del gruppo. La pulizia della camera, della sala da pranzo e di tutti gli ambienti comuni era ineccepibile. Il cibo era vario e con il self service tutti potevano scegliere il cibo preferito particolare attenzione x gli intolleranti era presente a colazione il latte senza lattosio e sia a pranzo che a cena cibi x persone con questa problematica.la nota negativa era il Wi-Fi che non funzionava quasi mai

Beautiful cruise with Nile Serenity. We had a well-appointed and spacious Royal Suite with balcony and a crew unlike any other in kindness, humor and care. Every wish was read from our eyes and especially Adel has grown very close to our hearts. Our tour guide Medi made the cruise an unforgettable experience with his perfect German, excellent knowledge and humor. Also we were lucky enough to spend the evenings with all the particularly nice and funny people. Highly recommended!
