Bassant and Mena were so caring and accommodating as a solo traveler. They were always on top of my every need and question. They were so professional as to reach out to me a couple of days before the trip to my wonderful four-day cruise. I have never experienced such wonderful treatment. Hemos hecho un crucero de 3 noches y 4 días visitando templos maravillosos e inolvidables, aunque alguno de los templos los hemos visitado muy rápido, la mayoría de los guías han sido profesionales en especial mención de Zakariya que nos ha transmitido una paz y pasión por la cultura del antiguo Egipto! Lo recomiendo encarecidame! Especial mención de Basant que ha estado en todo momento al teléfono por WhatsApp pendientes de nosotros para cualquier cosa que necesitábamos resolviendo cualquier tipo de dudas! El barco era muy bonito, la comida muy rica, el personal muy amable y las vistas al Nilo desde el camarote impresionantes.
