Great trip! So many things things to see, wish we had more time at some places. Nile river cruise was great and enjoyable, food was good.

Leider kam die Reise nicht zustande, einen Tag vor Abflug wurden wir darüber informiert das der Trip gecancelled wurde.
Nun steht man hier am 1. Weihnachtsfeiertag und muss sich mit dem Anbieter und der Fluggesellschaft auseinandersetzen um den Verlust so klein wie möglich zu halten.
Hilfe von Tripadvisor gleich Null und der Anbieter in Ägypten reagiert überhaupt nicht auf Anrufe oder WhatsApp....was bringt mir der Refund im Vergleich zur entgangenen Urlaubsfreude?!

The problem is that Viator hires Nice tours from Luxor and Nice tours hires Sheba tours from Cairo so when things don't go as planned, no one is responsible!!!!
I got the itinerary in the middle of the tour so I didn't know what to do for the Mayotte of my trip and then after I finally got the itinerary they didn't adhere to it.
The first day a non speaking English driver picked us up at 4 am and instead of taking us to the hotel for accommodations and breakfast he said HORSE...he wanted to take us horse riding at 4 am with my 7 year old daughter because they were cheap and did not pay for the $70 hotel and a $7 breakfast.
The third day we were supposed to be picked up at 4 am to go to the airport and the driver showed up at 5 am....I thought we were gona loose our flight. On day 9th we were supposed to be taken from the airport to the hotel and the taxi never arrived...we waited 90 minutes and finally hired our on taxi.
The guides were nice and knowledgeable but also arrived one hour late so they skipped temples that we were supposed to see because of they unpuntality!!!
There is nothing you can do...you have to put up with them and try to enjoy the sightseeing....I complained but it fell in deaf ears!!!
They sell you a 5 star Nile cruise ship but you get a 3 star...they sold me a 4 star hotel and I got a 3 star hotel but according to Egyptian standards the ship was 5 star and the hotel 4 star...you won't beat them...you just have to take the abuse!!!
