Asraf was very professional. He made sure everything was taken care of before leaving the airport. He assisted with getting visa and filing report for missing luggage. Once in the car the driver took us directly to our hotel. Throughout our trip, the driver was always on time and made sure we were comfortable. Overall, I have no complaints.

Our driver (Magde) was the coolest most professional driver I have seen! I could sleep with while he was driving and that’s saying a lot! I don’t trust a lot of drivers! A couple of the drivers we had I felt were reckless.

Madgey our "Transfer Man" was so great! He was professional, personable, and protective. We had to transfer from our hotel to the train station and he waited with us and took us all the way to our sleeper cabin! So glad we had him with us! Thank you Madgey and Jadaka Tours!
