A great day to visit the Red Pyramid and the Bent Pyramid of Dashsur, the Step Pyramid of Zoser in Saqqara, and the old capital of Egypt, Memphis. This tour will introduce you to the two ancient necropolises and the ancient capital of Egypt, Memphis - Sakarra and Dakhshur, which in historical terms are no less significant than other famous landmarks of Egypt.     We conclude the tour with a visit to the pyramids of Dahshur which date back more than 4,600 years. They contain a number of hierarchical groups and monuments including the pyramids of King Senefru, the curve pyramid, and the northern pyramid or the Red Pyramid. The Pyramids of Senefru are the most important pyramids that illustrate the development of building the pyramids in Egypt. In Dahshur, you can see the pyramids of the Kings of the Middle Kingdom, including the Black Pyramid

This was our second tour with Zazou and his skillful driver, Ehad. On Tuesday, my adult daughter and I had a wonderful tour of the Giza pyramids and the new Grand Egyptian Museum. We mentioned to Zazou that we wanted to go to Saqqara, Dashur and Memphis the following day. He said he was available, and we were thrilled. Zazou is a polite, friendly and accommodating guide, who went out of his way to ensure we had a good time. As a trained Egyptologist, he has a vast knowledge of Egyptian history, and he was eager to share that knowledge. We had a wonderful time visiting the Saqqara and Dashun pyramids that were the building blocks of the Giza pyramids. This area is much, much quieter than Giza, and the tour felt very intimate. We strongly recommend it. Ask for Zazou!

Mein Sohn und ich haben den Tag mit unserem Guide Zizou und unserem Fahrer Mahmoud sehr genossen! Zizou hat sich viel Zeit genommen, um uns über die Geschichte des Pharaonen-Reichs und die einzelnen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erzählen und hat uns auch Einblicke in die ägyptische Mythologie gegeben. Es herrschte den ganzen Tag eine angenehme, relaxt Atmosphäre, und ich würde diese Tour jedem weiterempfehlen! Wir hatten einen großartigen Tag.
