Of coursethere is a material decrease in the number of lateral rooms, and a dramatic increase in the height of the corridors and rooms. It has been known since antiquity, the wonderful decorations include colourful painted sunken reliefs featuring the traditional ritual texts (Litany of Ra, Book of Gates etc) and Ramses before the gods. Unusual here are the secular scenes, in the small side rooms of the entrance corridor, showing foreign tributes, such as highly detailed pottery imported from the Aegean, the royal armoury, boats and, in the last of these side chambers, the blind harpists that gave the tomb one of its alternative names: ‘Tomb of the Harpers’ 25 minutes

My tour of the Valley of the Kings and the Habu Temple was great! I was met at my hotel in the morning by my driver Said and my guide Ragab. They did a very good job both with the driving and the tours! Rajab is very knowledgeable about Ancient Egypt... highly recommended!

My tour guide was lovely but I felt that we didn't cover as much as I'd like to which is my fault - I should've booked a different tour.

Our tour here was perfect. Our guide was kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. We recommend this to everyone. Luxor is completely safe. We felt at home. Ballon ride was organized by our guide, and he was so helpful in getting this for us as we had not planned this. He made sure we got a ride and at a very good price. Must do!
