For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

It was my first time to give only a stars on Viator. After booking this departure transfer. I didnt get any follow up email for my pick up so I email them a few times before I even fly off from my country. I was in Egypt for 2 weeks and I try to contact them but no one pick the phone and email, no respond either. I even get a local guy to listen to their voice machine on the phone and it just said the line was not in use. As my day getting nearer to fly back, I started to get so worried. Plus I was fallen sick and with the worried, it was not helping. I contacted Viator customer service. And even Viator could not get any respond from them. Viator even asked me to wait until 10am morning of my departure day. I did but still no one respond, no one email. Until Viator gave up and did a refund for me. So I get the hotel to get me another taxi. As I was about to leave the hotel, the driver turn up. Can you imagine the anger and furious when I saw the driver at the lobby. They put me thru worried and stress during my holiday. Since the driver was at the lobby, I have to cancelled my hotel pick up reservation. I even wanted to tip the driver but he did not want to accept the tips because I was so angry.
I know he is just a driver and it not his fault. The fault is this company management was horrible. No responsibility at all. Never again I want to put myself thru this company.

Driver was great and arrived at my hotel early. Was at the airport in no time. This is definitely the way to go as Uber to/from airport is not very reliable.
