Pick up was from the hotel at 3am. The driver was on time. I am wheelchair bound. Both the hotel staff and the driver helped me to move me and my bags at every location. They were so cooperative. I couldn’t thank them enough.

Well, it turned out fine, but it was a bit unsettling, since the driver brought a friend along with him. I'm traveling alone, so having to get into a vehicle with one man is one thing, but with two men is something else. Also, the driver missed the proper exit for the airport, so I guess he had to pay twice to get to the airport. Then, both of them expected a tip. I only tipped the driverl Other than that, I did get to the airport, but I'm so glad that I allowed extra time.

Very professional. Driver arrived on time in a very nice car. Very clean car. Driving in Cairo is quite an experience, but our driver drover very well and we felt very safe and comfortable.
