Essam was a thorough and knowledgeable guide. He was kind and knew a lot of interesting facts. He was enthusiastic about sharing how interesting ancient Egypt is, and knew his way around the pyramid complex very well. He’s funny and personable! PS, the camel driver may ask for you to pay the tip away from Essam (halfway through the ride). They will likely try to push you and say the tip is not enough. My recommendation is to make sure you pay AFTER the whole ride is complete, so you can pay the tip with the support of Essam there too. If you are pressured to pay more tip, definitely tell Essam right away and he can help rectify it. The camels were really cute and gentle. Thank you Essam for sharing your beautiful history, it was an unforgettable experience!! :)

This was an absolutely unbelievable tour. I will remember this day for the rest of my life! Our guide Ebrahim met us at our Airbnb and first took us to the Giza pyramids. He was incredibly kind, caring, funny, and personable. The pyramids were amazing and he took us around to all of the viewpoints. We also saw the sphinx and went on a camel ride. All of this was amazing. After we went to a papyrus store and he got us shawarma for lunch. For only $35 more he also took us to Sakkara to see the step pyramid and tombs. What a day. Throughout the day he took amazing photos and videos of us and never made us feel rushed. We felt like we could take our time and take as many photos as we liked. Ebrahim was an amazing guide. He made us feel safe and kept the vibes high all day. I highly recommend booking tours with him if you want a funny and experienced guide.
