Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We were picked up as promised at the Marriott in Giza by a tour guide and a driver. There was very little traffic so it was an easy ride but the driver got into a bit of bumper to bumper traffic and bumped the car in front of us. While everything was resolved no one was hurt is was a bit unnerving that he was not paying attention (we were only going about 10 MPH) I have no idea what he was doing. The tour guide sat in from with his hoody up over his head and while he spoke English he did not engage.

Drive back to the airport was much “saner”. Driver was good. Cairo drivers are crazy LOL. Interpreter could speak English OK for basic communication but struggled understanding our questions.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
