Twice during our trip we made the mistake of using viator. Both times the tour guide never showed up. We did get refunded but it was too late to book another trip so our family was stranded with nothing to do. All viator said was sorry for the inconvenience

Great guide, great ride. Gave many opportunities to get pictures of the pyramids from a high view that you can’t get up close.
