Very organised tour with knowledge guide, clean car and good driver. They picked me up from the hotel and did our tour very smooth and took me back to the hotel.

Great tour with great service , after we booked we got confirm from our tour company who are so responsive , they send guide ibrhaim who showed us all around Giza pyramids and museum with local food , highly recommend

I gave this tour a 3 star, average rating because the tour agency manager or owner was an obnoxious person. After the tour finished, my husband I travelled to another part of Egypt where I did not have access to wifi. Upon my return from the region and having access to wifi again, I noticed messages on WhatsApp from the tour agency insisting that I review their service so they may get more customers. Because I had not responded to his first message in WhatsApp because I had no wifi, he assumed that I was not going to respond and his attitude turned passive aggressive. I was really turned off by his behavior!! So unprofessional! Our tour guy on the other hand, Ehab was friendly, knowledgeable. He seemed to know a lot of people and was able to get us around the Giza pyramids very quickly. He respected our wishes of not wanting to visit tourist traps and only took us to places we wanted to visit. He was cordial in his interaction with all. I wish he did not work for this agency! I would have given him a five star review!
