Khafre, also known in history by the Greek name Chephren, was the son of Khufu, who is the Great Pyramid and the grandson of Sneferu, another great builder of Ancient Egypt. External visit is included but inside the pyramid is not as it requires additional ticket can be bought during the visit .

The museum displays a rare collection of 5000 years of art which is considered the largest most precious collection of Egyptian art in the world. Over 250,000 genuine artifacts are presented, including an exhibit dedicated to Tutankhamen collection of treasure, gold and jewelry which was enclosed in his tomb for over 3,500 years before it was discovered in the 1920s when his tomb was discovered. The company provided a first class service. We were picked up on time and travelled in comfort. The Tour Guide ( Marco) was excellent, his knowledge and expressionism were exemplary. A very good tour overall. I would certainly use this company again.

Such a great day! Enjoyed the pyramids, camels, puppies and great local food. Not to mention the most wonderful and knowledgeable guide. We rarely have family photos and I’m so grateful Nevin insisted on getting us together for multiple photo ops while also letting us enjoy the moment.

Our guide, Marco and our driver, Mohammed were both fantastic today. We visited Cairo for the day and they made the experience worthwhile. Drinks and snacks were provided, and the knowledge that Marco had meant that we not only learned a great deal about ancient Egypt, but we also went to hidden spots away from crowds that no one else knew. We got some great pics in Giza. We also went to the new Egyptian Museum which was absolutely amazing and I’m very happy to have visited it. The architecture is really amazing and the views of the pyramids from it are incredible. Since we had free time, we also went to the Old Town and visited some old Churches, which was a massive bonus. Marco knows everyone so it was easy to get around, and we felt very comfortable and safe. He took us to a couple of stores where we could shop for perfumes, spices and jewellery (no obligation to buy). Overall it was a wonderful experience that we would recommend to anyone.
