My trip was confirmed for 8am. I waited until 8:30 am and never was picked up. When I called the driver he said he had no information on picking me up. I called customer service and explained I was never picked up and would like to reserve another driver . I was told I could not be helped after he confirmed my reservation. I asked for a refund. Refund is pending. I called an uber and had a great experience that way!!! Not reliable!!!
