Nothing. Apparently the driver was stopped on his way to collect us (by the Egyptian police) and he didn’t have the correct papers. We were told the next available driver wouldn’t be able to get to us for at least 8 hours. The ONLY plus was that we got a full refund.

Driver stopped a couple of view points along the way which was a surprise to us. We got more than a transfer service. He was a good driver.
