Fine driving. Glad to have booked the transfer rather than hassle with the airport taxis. Disorganized though. He didn’t know who I was, and thought he was there to pick someone up for a tour. After a bit of calling back and forth with the office, he confirmed this booking was just for airport transfer. Really need to work on organization. I was a little worried I was getting into the wrong car since no one knew what was going on. I also specified English speaker, and the driver spoke no English, which did not help at all.

Excellent experience! Amr our driver was a very lovely guy, he was kind, welcomed us to his city and showed us some highlight of Luxor on the way. The pick up from Airport was punctual and on time. Would use this service again for sure

This experience with Viator was the opposite of my experience in Cairo. The transport company in Luxor was in regular contact with me and my driver was standing by when we exited the terminal.. This was exactly as suspected.
