The trip was nice, but there is a big mess due to missing communication. I have been asked to pay an additional $6 for snorkelling equipment, which, in theory, included and I must be given free. I have spoken to guys over the ship, all say we don’t know which packet you bought from agency; this snorkelling equipment belongs to us, and if you want to use it, you must pay. Without snorkelling equipment, it is nonsensical to take this tour. The second snorkelling stop was for 5 minutes. People just jumped into the water, and they started to scream and call people ship so we could move on.

This company supported us on 2x fantastic day trips (White island day trip and Tiran Island day trip) and charged the appropriate amount. Very professional, with good communication by What's app. If you love just snorkelling, i would recommend paying slightly more for a trip that includes a free dive (you don't have to do it if you don't want to), as it means you have far fewer people on a much larger boat. You can trust these guys to help you.
