It features wild dolphins that can be found playing in the water while you’re snorkeling and exploring Giftun Island, additionally there are also many beautiful coral features that hold endless amounts of fish and creatures – perfect even for beginner snorkelers and divers! Giftun is a protected National Park so you can enjoy nature the way it’s truly meant to be – untouched and undisturbed! We will pick you up from your hotel in Hurghada for a fantastic Snorkeling Trip to Giftun Island with desert island relaxation on the beautiful Red Sea. At the end of your snorkeling tour transfer back to the embarkation point of your boat, then drive by air-conditioned van to your hotel in Hurghada.

    Enjoy a fantastic day exploring the natural park of Giftun Island and snorkeling in the crystal clear waters of the Red Sea, rich with colorful fish and aquatic life. Departing from your hotel in Hurghada or the nearby El Gouna Resort you will be taken to the port and board the boat. From there it is a brief 45 minute ride across the beautiful waters of Egypt’s Red Sea to the National Park at Giftun Island.

    The desert island paradise of Giftun Island offers a wonderful day of relaxation and play. Sit back and soak up the sun, or put on the snorkeling gear and jump into the crystal clear waters. Explore life below the surface. The waters of the Red Sea are teaming with aquatic life, colourful fish and beautiful corals, all ready for you to explore. You may even be lucky enough to swim with the dolphins that call these waters home. For the more active, the island also offers a range of water sports for you to enjoy. A lovely lunch will also be served on board the boat. In the afternoon it is time to jump back on the boat and make your way back to port, from where you will be taken back to your hotel.

Travelled 7 hours by bus from cairo to hurghsda. Had booked this activity months in advance. Really wanted to snorkel in the red sea. Egyptio tours were hard to contact. They didn't leave a message at the front desk. Rang them thd morning if the trip. The operator ciuldn't care less. He wanted me to do the activity the next day, but it didn't suit. Oh well, he was gonna give me a refund. I didn't travel 2 days from nz for such poor service. There was ample time for the operator to contact me prior to the day but they didn't bother. Waisted our time sitting in a bus 7 hours each way from cairo to hurghada. Very dissappointed and no explanation given. Very poor service.

Abholung hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Das Boot auf dem wir den Tag verbrachten, war top gepflegt und echt schön zum Sonnen und Relaxen. Wir hatten zwei Schnorchelgänge und eine Stunde haben wir auf der Giftun Insel verbracht. Obwohl sehr viele Touristenboote unterwegs waren, hat man sich nicht unwohl gefühlt, was auch an der Crew lag die immer super nett, lustig und hilfsbereit waren. Auch die Schnorchelgänge waren top. Man hat sich zu jeder Zeit sicher gefühlt und die Unterwasserwelt war wunderschön. Wir haben verschiedene Fischarten und Muränen gesehen. Das Mittagessen an Bord war das Beste, dass wir den ganzen Urlaub bekommen haben. Dieser Ausflug ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis top !!! Schnorchelausrüstung wird gestellt und Unterwasserbilder können gegen eine Aufpreis gekauft werden.
