    Our representative will pick you up from your hotel in cairo or giza to take you to enjoy a magnificent night tour at one of the most historical sites of ancient Egypt during the Old Kingdom. During the sound and light show at Giza pyramids of Cheops, Chefren and Mykerinus you will experience history through light and sound against the backdrop of these ancient wonders. The one-hour show begins with the illumination of the Sphinx, who narrates the history of the pyramids and their builders.  At the end of the show you will be escorted back to your hotel in cairo or giza hotel.

  • Suitable for all physical fitness levels
  • If the guest hotel from Giza, pick up is at 6pm during winter time and 7pm during summer time
  • If the guest hotel is from Cairo, pick up is at 5:30 during winter time and 6:30 pm during summer time
  • Transportation from-to hotel far from Giza or Cairo is subject to an additional fee
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We cancelled this trip 3 times because there was no Light and Sound show on a Monday. You still took the payment and haven’t refunded us after several emails. We are still trying to get our money back

Overall this was a good experience- and I especially liked seeing the sphinx lit up. Just a word of caution when booking as I accidentally booked for taxi transfer only (with no tickets) - this was my mistake, but was non refundable so had to purchase tickets at the site (which I did easily).

Beautiful to see the pyramids at sunset and at night. The show itself is a bit dated - like the same show from the 70’s - but was still fun.
