They go and above and beyond what is required. We only use this company in hurghada. Cars are always clean and drivers are helpful.

NO LO CONTRATEN, no cumplen con todo el programa. De entrada nuestra reserva era a la 1. Y a las 11 queria pasar por nosotros no estabamos listos. Me ofrecio menos cosas, yo pensando q no habia tiempo ya acepte. Pero la realidad es q estando en el desierto estabamos con otro grupo q si fueron a hacer TODAS las actividades y me hablo por telefono y dijo q yo habia aceptado menos. Se portaron groseros y el paseo solo fue en motos 2 vueltas y una en buggy. La comida muy mala, la chicha nos la dieron al final, si atendernos y el te ya para terminar. Nos enviaron en un transporte pésimo. Sin A/C y muy mal para manejar. Don't Hire them !! They changed the program. We reserved at 1:00, at 11 they asking for pick up. We wasn't ready. So, they offered less if we wanted at 1. We accept it thinking they have no time. When we were at dessert, our group went to the total program and we stayed at the village. She called us, and says that we accepted. But they never say it's less than you contracted. The motorcycle ride is only 2 circles of about 1 mile total and the buggy 1 circle. Bad food, bad service.
