Let's Explore Egypt was very quick with the confirmation about the availability and dates for the trip, even though I contacted them last minute. From the first moment they kept in touch with me via WhatsApp. Ali Elshafie, a representative of Let’s Explore Egypt, is a very helpful and diligent young man. He waited for me at the train station after my first day in Giza and Cairo, and made sure I took the right sleeper train and got into the right compartment on my way to Luxor. While we waited he invited me to tea and made sure I was comfortable. He also picked me up at the train station and took me to my hotel when I came back to Cairo for Upper Egypt. Ali was so helpful and caring that he got me a tour to Alexandria, that I had thought that was included in the package, but wasn’t. I really appreciate all the hard work and effort Let’s Explore Egypt put into making sure I was happy during the tour. Mostafe Khatab was my guide for two days, in Cairo and Alexandria. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Ahmed El-Sayed was the boss, I think; he also kept in touch with me throughout the tour and agreed to include the tour to Alexandria. Ali Elshafie was the main liaison between me and the company and he always has a smile on and he makes sure everything is ok with the company services. I rate him 10/10 for customer service and friendliness. The hotels the company picked are top hotels. The food is good (they let you chose your lunch, not set menu), the cars they use are comfortable and clean; they make sure you get wake up calls and breakfast box if your tour starts early.
