We were absolutely captivated by the sheer magnificence of the temples. Our guide Mohamed was very kind and patient, and he arranged a great deal for our excursion to the Dendera Temple on the second day. Bonus: he's a good singer ????

Half Day Tour was as listed - no frills and had was a great balance of hands on tour guiding and free wandering. Karnak is very large so we covered the highlights and the history before I was able to roam around. Tour guide was great and very knowledgeable on the sites. Moved on to Temple of Luxor, which is a little smaller but just as magnificent. Again, the tour guide was able to answer all of my questions and explained the background very well.
