For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

He had presented himself in front my hotel a day before I was living and we made a deal for my transfer. We like him very much. Had a Brand New Corolla (hard to find there). He's very polite e the price was OK
