If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

We booked this pickup online a couple of weeks prior to arriving in Luxor. Very inexpensive, and excellent service.The driver was in contact with me the day before and was so helpful. He was waiting for us on arrival, texted us to his exact location. He was fluent in English and we had a great conversation on the way to the hotel, talking not only about Egyptian history, but also pointing out interesting sites along the way. We would recommend this company highly.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
