Our flight got delayed so we needed to change the pick up time on the fly. The transfer operator (Nilvison) was very flexible & accommodate the change in time without hesitation. When we arrived the driver waiting for us at the airport. The transfer van and journey to hotel was very comfortable as well. I highly recommend this service provider.

The driver never arrived at the airport so that is really our only experience of their service, and we have yet to hear from viator regarding a refund. I would not therefore recommend either.

The transfer was good, the only thing I didn't like was it was two males. I think you should be asked if you prefer male or female. Why do I need two people .
