We were greeted at the airport right off the plane by our guide. He walked us all the way thru security and we didn’t need to read a sign or talk to anyone. Our guide did all the talking. It was nice service and I would recommend to anyone just for the peace of mind. Just do not expect to skip any lines. You will need to wait in the normal line but your guide will be there with you. Also, our service included transport to our hotel. Our guide bought us to the exit and waited with us for our ride. I ride was nice and we felt very safe thru the whole experience.

We were met at the passport area and were ushered through all points by our greeter. He spoke perfect English, easy to understand. He had pre-purchased our Visas and we paid him in U.S. cash to reimburse him. It saved us 15 minutes at least in line. Upon arrival at the airport my suitcase was missing and he helped guide me to the right place to file a claim. That was a big deal because the man at the counter had less English/heavy accent. Our greeter also found an additional airline personnel to expedite the claim. This proved to be really a huge help as I received my suitcase the following night. It had been a loss between United and Aegean in Athens so was a complicated mess. And I could tell he was busy with more arrivals but still stayed to help me. He then led us to our waiting driver and off we went! Driver was great! Clean car, spoke English, told us about the area. Drove sanely in the Cairo chaos. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Well worth the $$.
