Staff had no idea what was going on. When asking questions the security and the regular staff had no clue. Also we waited 40 minutes and the fountains never started.

El lugar estaba cerrado, no nos permitieron pasar. La oficina para pasar al mirador estaba cerrada. Acudimos con E personal del restaurante y tambien con un guardia y nos dijerom que llevaba varios dias y abre en 3 semanas, solicito reembolso por favor. Iba con mi esposa para celebrar nuestro 33 aniversario de boda :(

No great experience had, wasted money on Lyft since event was cancelled, elevator issues. Wish I could say something great about it. It looks nice from the outside!
