Super disappointing, the tour was suppose to be only a few hours to start at 10.15 with Eiffel Tower access then short city tour. On arrival they just showed us in and no one came with us and showed us where to go or provided information. Also at the start, we were the advised the city tour part we had to meet back at 2pm. Which left 4 hours to see Eiffel, then what?? We had other plans that afternoon. And to top it off as we walked out they were just showing more groups in.. and they said they were meeting at 2pm also.. we saw other groups with great guides giving talks and history., we got dropped at the line and never saw a guide again and had to miss the city tour bus as when we booked it was a 1-4 hr tour.. so made other afternoon plans

Tour company Viator used for this tour was a real disappointment. My previous tours with Viator were great. Tour was not what I was told I was buying and the guides we rude and didn’t provide any guidance. She just walked us to the entry and left. None of the people who purchased this tour had figure things out for ourselves. Viator’s email said there were options available, there were not. I could have just bought a ticket myself for a lot less and been spared the extra expense and aggravation. Once in a lifetime visit to the Eiffel Tower ruined. You should veit your tours more throughly.
