The tour is a new way of getting to know a city, during the tour the history of Cuenca and its culture are known. We had a great tour with a very nice tour guide. We also felt very safe because we mainly used the bicycle tracks in Cuenz.

The business was closed, I walked there. Went to there meeting place at the park. NO ONE THERE with any scooters.. Called their phone # just goes to voice-mail. Called a end number thats on the front of a sign in front of the closed business on whattsapp. Got a message back on whatts app 2 days later.. I wrote them back lastnight immediately and nothing still the next day. They charged me $60 for 2 people. Now I have to put in a request for a refund through viator. Good luck.

very nice scooters and Pedro was an excellent tour guide. Very fun and great with kids. He brought us to great places.
