What a great ride from the airport to our hotel! Our flight into Bologna was cancelled once and then delayed a second time, causing us to arrive 6 hours later than expected. The transfer company stayed in full contact with us and arranged to have the driver stay until we arrived, which caused strain on their end. The driver was courteous and friendly, and delivered us safely to our hotel. This was a great example of true customer service.
