I was contacted by the company 40 minutes before my plane landed while I was in the air to let me know they were not coming. Despite my many communication with them ahead of time to ensure pick on time or back up plan. I was left at the airport with my children until 2:00 AM waiting for taxi. Their response "We are sorry but circumstance change" and while I understand that, they could have been more prepared or told me few hours ahead so I can make other plans since I was traveling with kids. Not a great business practice in my opinion

Tour operator Cancelled 1 hr before my pickup and offered no assistance with alternative arrangements while I was landing from out of country at midnight. Very disappointed
