This museum simply doesn’t have enough cars to show the history of Ferrari in racing.
The earliest F1 car there is Villeneuve’s 126CK from 1981.
But all the cars I’ve seen race in the flesh, from the 312B2, 312B3, 312B3-75, 312T, 312T3, 312T4 and the legendary 312PB are simply not there!!
On the pictures, the 312T is labelled as a 1972 car instead of a 1975 car!!
Wonderful collection of 1:43 scale model cars, and a few lovely cars, of course, but I was very disappointed - I’d driven from Nice for this!
At the exit they have a 2018 car with the names Leclerc and Sainz on the airbox - I wonder what Vettel and Raikkonen, who actually drove the car, must think!
This is a museum that will please those who were introduced to racing by ‘Netflix - Drive to Survive’.
But folk who have been following racing for years may feel let down.
I actually enjoyed peering through the fence at the Fiorano track and seeing the workers in Ferrari overalls proudly walking around the town!
