Matteo is a very interesting and knowledgeable guide for our Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese and Parma Ham factory visit. We can visit the factory and understand the cheese making process.
The owner of the prosciutto ham factory, Claudio, is such a respectful man. The artisan company ‘Ziveri Claudio’ is a small family-run business operating in the Parma area since 1987. Claudio is 72 years old now and still so energetic and curing his ham everyday as his passion for this job. #zivericlaudiosalumificio
