This will be my second review. Mattias did everything right. He explained everything in detail, preparation of food, explanation that everything that is dear to Bologna. It is understandable why they are so proud of their city and their food. Mattias is an incredible tour guide, very nice and full of information. Bravo!!!!

What a fun tour. Mattia was a great host, made the day fun, and showed the group a good time. You got to eat a lot, you got good stories, and it did not feel touristy at all. Highly recommend.

From start to finish, Caterina was an amazing guide. Her deep knowledge combined with her excellent food recommendations ( I still dream about the amazing gelato I had) made this trip one of the best experiences we’ve ever had in Italy.
