Before this tour, I just thought Rimni was a fun, cheap beach party town, but this tour really surprised me and open my eyes to the treasures of Rimini.
Marco Torri was an amazing local private guide of the historical city center of Rimini. He spoke English very well (he is a native Italian speaker) and his knowledge of Italian history and how that history ties into the amazing story of Rimini was truly impressive. As a history and movie buff, I really appreciated the local secret details that he told us that only a local could know.
We only selected the two hour walking tour that hit the highlights of Rimini. It was a fastinating tour, and really created a thirst for more knowledge of Rimini.
The two hour your will definitely give you a great overview of the history of Rimini. I am sure that after the two hour tour opens your eyes to all that Rimini has to offer, you will want to learn more. I recommend taking the more detailed follow up tours that are three separate tours 1) Roman 2) Renaissance 3) Fellini.
We will definitely return to Rimini each year and tell all of our friends that when they visit Italy, Rimini is one of the cities that they must visit.
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
