Pleasant trip. Good service from young waitress. I think the commentary could have been a bit more interesting about the history, especially future plans for the region and cost. It would be a distraction from all the graffiti.

A great journey both on the canal and river seeing how the area has changed since my last visit a good number of years ago. The commentary provided was well put together being both interesting and informative. Unfortunately we missed our allotted departure time has we were directed to the wrong bridge for the departure point, I contacted the company who advised that it would be OK to go on the next cruise so there was no real problem as we had previously planned to explore the Quays after the boat trip so this was now change to prior to the trip.

The trip was as advertised. The reason it didn’t get five stars was that I sat at the back of the top deck and couldn’t hear the commentary. Another speaker is needed at the back.
