  • 1st - 22nd March: City Tour operates 10am - 5pm. Buses run every 20 minutes. Skyline Tour operates 11am - 4pm. Buses run every 60 minutes
  • 23rd March - 31st May: City Tour operates 9:30am - 5:30pm. Buses run every 15 minutes. Skyline Tour operates 10:30am - 5pm. Buses run every 30 minutes
  • 1st June - 30th September: City Tour operates 9:45am - 6:30pm. Buses run every 15 minutes. Skyline Tour operates 10:30am - 5:30pm. Buses run every 30 minutes
  • Full tour loop of the City Tour route without hopping off takes 50 minutes
  • Full tour loop of the Skyline Tour route without hopping off takes 45 minutes

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Easy on/off. Very informative. Wt bands would have been more convenient that showing ticket at each stop.

Even though it was a very stormy day we were covered and dry except when we got off. The headphones were great informative and funny.

The day I visited was Bank holiday and the directions for where to redeem my voucher for my ticket were invalid as the agency I was being directed to was nowhere to be seen and after a while I figured out it was probably inside the Guild Building which was closed because of the holiday! This was a stressful start and I had to return to the bus and found fortunately one driver would accept a bar code I had previously printed out. I did not have enough time in Bath to make full use if this ticket which allows for 2 bus tours and so I found it very expensive for what I got from it. I should not have booked it ahead from in Australia before my trip.
