Sadly, on this occasion this activity did not go to plan, having written up good experiences on the hop on hop off in York and Brighton today (April 23rd) in Bournemouth was a let down. In terms of reliability, communication and “Team” attitude this was not a good day. The customer experience and satisfaction did not feature at the centre of focus today.

We travel around Bournemouth which was lovely special on the top of the bus you can look out at sea we were lucky as weather was on are side, you can hop on and off.
