  • Tour operates 9:30am - between 5pm and 6pm depending on the time of year. Frequency of the bus is every 10 - 15 minutes

  • Please note that the guided walking tour is seasonal, and customers should enquire upon arrival for more information.
  • Mobile or paper vouchers accepted. Paper vouchers must be redeemed at City Sightseeing shop in Oxford Railway Station.
  • Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the travel date selected at check-out
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

City Sightseeing Oxford is a must! Our driver & guide, Nik Phillips, was incredibly helpful and kind. His charismatic introduction to his beautiful city as well as to our neighborhood of accommodation following our tour went above and beyond for two guests such as us. Courteous and insightful, he truly ended our day well!

Bus tour was excellent with brilliant commentary. Went all the way around without getting off to familiarise ourselves with the area the got on and off when it suited us best as we visited everywhere we wanted to see. Took the short walking tour with Penny which was first class. Penny was very well informed and her delivery was perfect.

We did both walks and found them most interesting and full of facts about Oxford's history, Universities and architecture. The 48 hour hop on hop off bus was most helpful in getting around the whole of Oxford and seeing all there was to be seen, we especially enjoyed the Botanical Gardens.
