He also has insider knowledge of LGBT+ events, groups, parties and venues. Josh was outstanding. That perfect mix of historical overview, anecdotal stories, personality, and narrative theme that makes for an outstanding walking tour. A must take. I’m taking his Manchester tour tomorrow.

We did the tour today. It took just over 3 hours and the time really did fly by. Mike was our guide and he was funny and informative throughout, with a good loud voice which was great as there were more than 40 of us on the tour. Very interesting tour, covering the history of Manchester in a fair bit of detail together with a good bit about the music scene over the last forty years or so. Not much really about the actual buildings themselves but the tour would have probably been in excess of for hours with more detail on that. My wife and I both thoroughly enjoyed the tour and would recommend it. Last thing is there is NO pressure for payment. At the end, it's up to the individual guests what they want to contribute! A lovely way to spend a few hours!

Mike our guide was everything you'd wish for, he was engaging, informative, personable, funny and entertaining. Don't be put off by the length of the tour cos it happily flies bye, too quickly in fact.
