I would just like to say that the experience we had with Aura was outstanding. You were guided through the whole process from start to finish, and you were kept up to date with your drivers name and times of pickup. They a totally professional company, and I would highly recommend anybody to use them.

Had excellent service from Aura Journeys, both to and from Heathrow Airport in February. This is the second time we have used them and we’ve always been made to feel special, getting your holiday off to a good start. Not a taxi, so much more. When you look how much it is to park your car at Heathrow for almost 4 weeks plus fuel and the hassle it is good value. There is no way we would have wanted to drive home at 7am after travelling for almost 30 hours and feeling groggy. Plenty of bottled water at hand, and scented refreshing wipes. Good driving by the drivers, both to and from the airport and happy to stop if you need to en route. Both drivers were dressed very smart even though they had to get up very early to collect us. You get a message to let you know where they will be waiting for you and help with your luggage on your return and never let you down.

Recently used Aura Journeys for an airport transfer from Notts to LHR T5 (return). Pick-up and collection were both smooth and efficient. Good vehicle and excellent service.
