My partner and I did the early cruise, and we were happy even though it did get dark due to the time of the day it was not always easy to see what was being pointed out and if we can suggest when doing the cruises, they take into consideration the time of day. Our only other concern was when we boarded one of your colleagues who came round for tickets there were a few people who had not boarded their tickets in advance as we did not see your colleague sell them tickets or come round with a card reader. We also found the toilets not particularly clean as one toilet did not flush well and had a cracked seat. My partner and I did not buy any drinks or snacks from the bar and yet all your colleagues were polite, helpful and friendly.

Really nice and relaxing tour, really informative about the history of the area and the price was brilliant. Nice to be able to have a wine/beer on tour, too.

Can’t fault the staff and facilities on the boat, however there were a large group of 16 women on the boat who weren’t interested in any of the commentary or sights and were just there for the drinking which was a real shame as they were so loud you couldn’t hear any of the commentary
